Ocean Pollution Booklet

For my final Typography project, I designed an editorial booklet that explores the global issue of ocean pollution through a balance of research and visual storytelling. The challenge was to translate dense, data-driven content into an engaging reading experience that communicated urgency without overwhelming the viewer.

Using a precise grid system, I structured each spread to maintain rhythm and clarity—pairing blocks of text with pull quotes, infographics, and expressive typographic moments. The layout emphasizes contrast and pacing, guiding readers through complex information while keeping the design dynamic and cohesive.

The final booklet feels both informative and visually immersive, merging typographic discipline with environmental storytelling. This project allowed me to refine my editorial process, strengthen my understanding of hierarchy, and push the boundaries of long-form typographic design.
